Increased investment in MRS
URU Metals (AIM:URU), the base metals and uranium explorer and development company, is pleased to announce that the placings announced by Management Resource Solutions Plc (“MRS”) on 10 April and 19 April 2017 will take effect following the restoration of trading in the shares of MRS on AIM as from 8.00 am today.
The Company’s shareholding in MRS has therefore increased from 8.8 per cent. to 10.7 per cent. (based on 174,068,086 MRS shares in issue).
