URU Metals submission of Environmental Impact Assessment Report
URU Metals is pleased to announce that today the South African Department of Mineral Resources (DMRE) has sent an acknowledgement to the company that it has received the Environmental Impact Assessments Report (EIA) which was submitted to the DMRE on 15 Jan 2021.
Certain information contained in this announcement would have been deemed inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 until the release of this announcement.
