Results of shareholder analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
URU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings, received on 22 July 2019, the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders, being those with an interest in over 3% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company as at 1 July 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n * John Zorbas has a beneficial interest in 15.18% of the share capital of the Company, indirectly through Captor Capital Corporation.
