The full Report &amp; Accounts are available on the Company&#8217;s website and are expected to be posted to shareholders today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman&#8217;s Statement<br>For the Year Ended 31 March 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am pleased to present to our shareholders and stakeholders the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excellent progress has been made at our flagship Zebediela Project, and the technical team are confident in their ability to prove up the strike length of the recently discovered Ni-Cu-PGE mineralisation at Zebediela, and develop the project into a world class Ni-PGE project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The past financial year has been a fruitful year for URU, with achievements in fulfilling investment strategies.
