Further to the announcements released on 13 and 20 November 2018, URU Metals Limited confirms that the proposed ‘1 for 1000’ consolidation of its ordinary share capital has been effected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trading on AIM in the resultant 780,571 ordinary shares of no par value will commence today at 8.00 a.m. with the ISIN VGG930042012 and SEDOL BH0LMN8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
