URU announces that a notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is now available on the Company’s website https:\/\/urumetals.com\/<\/a> and has been posted to shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AGM will be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time \/ 3:00 p.m. GMT on 18 December 2025 at 4 King Street West, Suite 401, Toronto, ON M5H 1B6, Canada, further details of which are contained in the AGM notice.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n
